sewage, as well as the maximum lot coverage required by code. I also modeled different housing typologies to place onto the site. We offered the client different projected options to either build housing units into the existing shell, or to demolish it entirely and place housing units on the site instead. genetic obesity in Black children. This project is an adaptive reuse playground in Homewood South, a historically Black neighborhood in Pittsburgh. This playground focuses on fitness for adults and young children alike, and uses rainwater collection for environmental play and community engagement. with the Judd Foundation across the street. Its exterior deconstructs Judd’s colorful untitled metal stacks, while its interior sequence recalls the collection and evolution of Judd’s chronology of work. The sequence of this building was inspired by Donald Judd’s unique haptic method of curating his collections. The building is divided into 4 distinct vertically stacked “compartments” that each represent a different part of Judd’s life and the process of preserving his legacy.
